The exhibition “Women of Mathematics from around the world – A gallery of portraits” will be on show at Universidade da Beira Interior (UBI), in the city of Covilhã. It will be on display at the Gallery of the Real Fábrica de Panos of the Wool Museum of UBI, with extensions at the UBI Central Library and Department of Mathematics, between February 10th and March 18th, 2023.

During the exhibition period, it will integrate the celebrations of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science (February 11th, with a dedicated program at UBI on February 10th), International Women's Day (March 8th) and International Day of Mathematics (March 14th).

On February 10, the exhibition will be part of the program of celebrations at UBI for the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, promoted by the vice-rectory for Research, Innovation and Development. The full program of this event can be consulted here: https://www.ubi.pt/Evento/11299.
