The program of the meeting included a series of three lectures by Gigliola Staffilani of MIT and five plenary lectures by outstanding women mathematicians selected by the joint EMS/EWM Scientific Committee. The plenary speakers came from six different countries and covered a wide range of topics in mathematics. In addition, there was a talk by N. Ellemers on diversity and inclusion. There were also be eight specialised sessions of invited talks, on subjects of current interest and a poster session.
Conference participation was not restricted to female mathematicians. Men were also encouraged to attend.
