At the end of the opening talk of the exhibition, women in the audience drew our attention to a Tunisian female mathematician Fatma Moalla (born January 14, 1939). Fatma Moalla is the first Tunisian to be awarded a doctorate in Mathematics in 1965 (Finsler geometry), which she obtained in France.
