MODENA, ITALY

The exhibition will be shown  from 27/11 - 11/12 2025 and will be open to everyone at the following location in the center of Modena: Residenza San Filippo Neri, via Sant' Orsola, 52 Modena. There will be special  dates with guided tours and the inauguration event on 27/11. At the inauguration event there will be a public round table with some special guest to discuss about the exhibition, women in math, gender gap and more in general women in science; some of our special guest for this event are: Sara Azzali (UniBa), Sveva Avveduto (CNR, Donne e Scienza) and Chiara de Frabritiis (UnivPm). 
There will also be some audio material to support the exhibition. Each poster will be accompanied by 2 or 3 podcasts in Italian: a short biography of the mathematician, an Italian translation of the interview excerpt that are printed on the posters and a popular science commentary on the research part/formula.  All audio material will be posted on the website at due time.

The project and the exhibition of the posters will continue in February and March 2026 with special workshops for schools and an event with Barbara Nelli (UnivAQ)  hosted at our  Department of Mathematics in Modena. Classes interested in participating can book their visit to the exhibition and workshops through the online form available on the website https://www.ritrattidimatematiche.unimore.it/
